In the framework of Child safeguarding s/he drives the development and implementation of Child Safeguarding procedures and takes a leading role in development of reporting and responding procedures in the Member Association. S/he builds Child Safeguarding (CS) capacity in the member association and provides technical expertise to national and programme CS teams in implementation of CS procedures.
S/he supports management in actions to ensure that children who are directly and indirectly cared for and supported through SOS Children’s Villages Programmes are safe and protected.
In the framework of Advocacy s/he is responsible for designing, coordinating and monitoring the advocacy campaigns in children’s rights, building and development the collaboration with other parties who operate in the field of child rights; actively participate on behalf of the organization, in the important networks with focus children’s rights
