GENERAL INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Request for Proposal is open to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. All registered legal entities in the specific area with minimum three (3) years of existence on the day of the proposal submission. In case the proposal is submitted by a consortium, the lead legal entity shall be considered the Bidder.<\/li>\n
  2. All Service Providers that have sufficient staff (of related staff), appropriate facilities and expertise to be able to handle the acceptance contract.<\/li>\n
  3. All Service Providers that have financial and economic capacities, as well as technical and professional techniques to fulfil the contract. (The requirements of point 2 and 3 can be covered through the company CV or a summary information).<\/li>\n
  4. Bidders shall bear all costs of proposal (bid) preparation themselves. SOS CV Albania cannot be held liable for any costs of the bidders related to successful or unsuccessful proposal preparation.<\/li>\n
  5. Bidders must submit their proposals in Albanian. Financial offers shall be expressed in ALL -Albanian LEK (all expenses and taxes included).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
