Starting from November 1, you will be able to meet our SOS Ambassadors at various locations throughout Tirana. You will recognize them by their cheerful faces and branded blue T-shirts. You will be able to talk with them and learn more about the work of SOS Children’s Villages and of course, most importantly, become our SOS Friend and help us CHANGE LIVES TOGETHER!

Our organization provides high quality long-term care and continuous support to children and young people without parental care until their complete independence. With your continuous support, you will help changing the lives of many children and young people in Albania – and give them a chance for a happy and secure future.

By regular monthly donations of 1000, 1500, 2000 LEK or any other amount of your choice symbolically accompany the children on the path of their growth, help us to respond to their needs every day so that they can grow up with the warmth and security offered by the family, to acquire education, and to prepare them for their future independent life.

How to recognize them SOS Ambassadors?

They will always and only be present at the locations that will be published every week on the website and social networks of SOS Children's Villages.
They always wear an orange T-shirt and other branded signs of SOS Children's Villages with the slogan HOLD MY HAND
They always have an ID badge (legitimation) with personal identification data
You can always see their photos on our official website
They always carry electronic devices (tablets) with them with a unique and secure online donation application.

IMPORTANT: In no case will our SOS Ambassadors accept donations in cash!

Why is it important to be a SOS Friend?

How do you stop being our SOS Friend?

If your means no longer allow you to donate, you can cancel regular monthly donations at any time.

In case the circumstances change, and you decide to become a SOS Friend again, feel free to contact us – we’ll be glad to.
