SOS Children’s Villages Albania has implemented the Project “Addressing Systemic Gaps – Support to Child Welfare System Reforms”, which aimed to improve children´s rights with a specific focus on supporting the reform of alternative care systems and the deinstitutionalisation process in the country. This project was implemented in 5 SOS Children´s Villages, respectively SOS Albania, SOS North Macedonia, SOS Ukraine, SOS Belarus and SOS Armenia. The project is funded from German Federal Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation and the executing agency is SOS Children´s Villages Worldwide Hermann Gmeiner Fonds Deutchland e.V. for the period 01.10.2021-31.04.2025.

These Terms of Reference (TOR) serve as a request for proposals from individual or companies who are interested to apply as event organizer for the closing event of the project “Addressing Systemic Gaps – Support to Child Welfare System Reforms” in Albania, funded from German Federal Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation and the executing agency is SOS Children´s Villages Worldwide Hermann Gmeiner Fonds Deutchland e.V.
