SOS Children’s Villages Albania is a non-governmental social development organisation that has been active in the field of children’s rights and committed to children’s needs and concerns since 1995. SOS Children’s Villages Albania works in the spirit of the United Nation Convention on the Rights of the Child, provides alternative care for children who lost parental care, works to strengthen vulnerable families and communities to prevent separation of children from their families, and promotes children’s rights in Albania.

SOS Children’s Villages, Albania will carry out a midterm evaluation for two program locations CVP Tirana and Shkodra. The main objectives of midterm evaluations are to analyse the projects` design (relevance and coherence), performance (organization and delivery), and success (results to date), and to provide recommendations for remaining time for implementation, exit strategy or next project cycle. The mid-term evaluation includes all services provided within the project and thus follows the scope described within the respective concept note. It makes reference to the initial needs assessment and desired results stated within concept note and results framework. The evaluation of performance (organization and delivery) and success (results) looks at the time span from project start until the evaluation is conducted.

The midterm evaluation will start at 18 December 2024 and to be finished at 28.02.2025. To facilitate the submission of proposals, the submission duly stamped and signed can be done electronically in PDF format and sent at info@soskd.org.al .
